This detached luxuriously furnished south west facing villa
sleeps 8 (or 10 using the sofa bed). The screened extended deck area
surrounds the private heat-able pool and is a very relaxing area to enjoy
following a day at the many attractions or golf courses in the immediate
vicinity.

Disney World is only a 10 minute drive and
the nearest golf course can be reached in less than 5 minutes!
Situated at Four Corners, the villa is just off of US Highway 27.

This luxurious oversized Master
bedroom has a Super King Sized bed and leads into a large en-suite bathroom
with his & hers basins, double size shower, bath and toilet which again
leads into a spacious dressing room. A ceiling fan is fitted above the bed.
A wall safe, telephone and hairdryer are also provided. A 25” TV/DVD
with cable channels is installed in an armoire along with a “love
seat” for your private relaxation.

The large second bedroom also has a Super King Sized bed,
along with cable and a 20” TV and a walk in closet.
The third bedroom has been furnished with twin beds, cable
TV/DVD and Playstation 2. The bedroom also has a large walk in closet.
The fourth bedroom has been furnished with twin beds, cable
TV and DVD player.
The second bathroom is adjacent to bedrooms three and four
and also has a hairdryer.

The extended deck area affords ample space for relaxing around
the totally private pool. The Pool has a child safety fence and pool
accessories are available for use. A privacy fence has been installed around the
pool and decking area for your total privacy whilst swimming and sun bathing.

The large fully equipped kitchen meets the needs of a
gourmet chef includes side by side fridge/freezer with filtered water and
icemaker, large cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other
appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with full
size washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

A telephone is located in the kitchen with free local calls.
Complimentary hi-speed internet is available for guests.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate breakfast nook for
guests to enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
The patio doors lead from the nook to the extended decking
and pool area that affords ample space for relaxing around the totally
private pool where padded comfortable sun lounger’s are available. The
pool is enclosed with a net to keep mosquitos and bugs at bay. The pool has a
child safety fence and for additional safety the patio doors have been fitted
with a child safety alarm. Pool accessories/toys are also available for use.

The family room has cable TV with over 70 channels and a
DVD/VCR player.
This informal lounge provides a peaceful retreat at the end
of a long day having fun!
The family room leads onto the formal dining room and onto
the lounge, both of which have been fitted with quality furnishings.

A powder room is located on the ground
floor of the villa, local to the public rooms.
The garage has been converted into a
games room complete with full size Pool Table, Air Hockey, and many other
games, books and CD/DVD’s have been provided to keep all the family
members occupied.
Smoking and Pets are not permitted in
the villa.
