beautiful quiet location this south west facing villa has a private pool

We are only 10 minutes from Walt Disney WorldŽ and 5 minutes
to the championship golf course at Champion Gate and many other golf courses
locally.

The villa can
accommodate up to 10 people. We are only 35 minutes from Orlando
International airport and 45 minutes from Sanford airport. Shops and restaurants
are within easy reach of the villa. The villa has a police linked security
alarm system.

Our villa is privately owned, fully air
conditioned and furnished to a luxurious standard, with separate lounge,
family room and dining room. Two of the bedrooms have been fitted with
Super King Sized beds, one with an en-suite. The two remaining bedrooms have
twin beds. There is also a bathroom adjacent to the other bedrooms. All
bedrooms have TV’s and three have DVD’s. One of the twin
bedrooms has a Playstation 2.

The games room, kitchen and laundry rooms are fully equipped
The totally private heat-able pool/decking area has been
extended. The home has ample space to accommodate two families without them
getting on top of one another.
Bed linen, towels and pool side towels
are provided.
